Education is designed to equip the learners with the skills required to meet the demand of various industries. The startling truth is that a large percentage of the current workforce does not adequately meet the technical need some industries have because tech is so fast and dynamic. The costs of re-skilling and upskilling the workforce requires a massive investment to bridge the gap.

This means that learners at the initial education journey now require digital literacy and skills incorporated into their curriculum so they are future-fit. Education has to take on some of the fluid characteristics of tech to remain relevant. Digital skills training will bridge the gap that exists between
1) what the employer is looking for and the quality of graduates or,
2) what the business person needs to remain competitive in a digital world by employing digitally literate staff versus what the staff actually knows.

The school classroom is the best place to produce the cyber smart professional who is relevant to the industry and can add value. Do you have a need as a guardian or school for Digital Skills Training? Click>>>HERE to get in touch with us.
